The 3 Of Cups Events team offers customizable Planning + Coordination packages that support clients throughout the preparation process leading up to an event. One-on-one collaborative planning meetings with a Professional Planner can be scheduled in person or via video conference for folks planning their wedding from outside of the Austin area. Comprehensive planning support is available by the hour or in part of a package deal to include Day Of Event Coordination.

Wedding Planning + Coordination Packages start at $2175.00 for the 3/4 Cup Package. The 3/4 Cup Package includes Day Of Event Lead and Assistant Coordinators for (8) hours in addition to (3) three (1) one-hour planning meetings.
